(Senior) Online Marketing Manager

KOMPAR is a Polish & Swedish Fintech company growing at a rapid pace. The company, founded by Philip Kornmann (Advanon& Google) and Marek Pietrzak (Kreditech, Zalando& Deutsche Bank), has the goal to become the largest SME financing broker in Europe and has already broken even. Currently operating on the Swedish market, the team is now expanding both in Warsaw and Stockholm, and is looking for highly ambitious, challenge-driven people to join.
The role
The position will be based in Warsaw and your main role will be to drive our marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include
- Creating, analyzing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
- Setting up and executing content marketing strategies to improve SEO performance and generate leads for the sales team
- Managing the company’s overall branding (website, corporate profile, etc.)
- Proposing, leading and monitoring new marketing initiatives
What we look for
- A hands-on, can-do mentality ready to get stuff done, no matter if one has the experience of doing a task or not
- Independence in actions and eagerness for new challenges
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar field
- A result-driven and structured person who thrives in a fast pace environment
