Account Manager Media Relations
Wymagania:
NoBorders Communications is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic account manager to join our team of communications professionals and support the media relations strategies of our leading multinational clients.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in handling PR and media relations and be a responsible independent as well as a team player, results orientated and client value focused individual. Experience in crisis communication will be an advantage. We need you to be able to take initiative and be proactive in finding opportunities for the clients.
The successful candidate will join a growing team supporting multinational clients in Poland and across the regions, interact with the clients directly and report to the firm’s partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of the scope of work for NoBorders Communications’ clients including such responsibilities as:
- Maintaining and building relationships with journalists and target publications – involving national, business, local and trade media
- Executing dedicated Thought Leadership campaigns for major global multinationals in Poland and potentially in other countries
- Support the execution of agreed external communications plans
- Pitching of relevant and existing PR content including comments, by-lined articles and stories
- Drafting of local-angle content like press releases, media alerts, customer stories etc.
- Follow up with key journalists after news release distribution or organized event to secure coverage in target media
- Creating and updating of editorial calendars, speaking events, and tracking and engaging with social media influencers on behalf of the client
- Crisis management media relations
- Office hours management of the Press Office for handling media inquiries for clients
- Representation of agency in regular telephone meetings with clients to align on priorities and progress
LANGUAGES
Fluent in professional written and spoken English and Polish is a must.
Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage

Oferujemy:
Contract – our new team member would be self-employed, under contract with NoBorders Communications
