New Bizz & Client Relations Manager for Upright Music Poland with experience from TV Industry
Upright Music is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and proactive New Bizz & Client Relations Manager to be a part of our amazing team.
Upright Music is a leading independent music company specialized in providing music for all kinds of audiovisual productions and films produced within the Nordics, the Baltics, and Poland. We are based in Copenhagen and also have an office in Warsaw.
The job
The primary responsibility will be to develop and strengthen existing relations as well as initiate and establish new client relations primarily within the Polish TV market.
The job also includes handling client projects and in collaboration with our experienced music supervision team delivering great music solutions to our clients.
Primary tasks
- Client relations – develop and strengthen existing client relations within the Polish TV industry
- New business – research, initiate, and establish new client relations through client pitches, meetings, presentations, etc.
- Market research – segmentation of the market and identifying business opportunities
- Handle client projects – delivering great solutions on time
- Ad hoc - various administrative tasks related to sales, promotion, and music licensing

You have an extensive network within and familiarity with the Polish TV industry (Broadcasters, production houses, TV producers, TV editors etc.)

You are passionate about what you do, with a high sense of integrity and loyalty, and you will take pride in positive communication and always delivering great service to our clients.
You thrive in an international and competitive environment and want to contribute to the further development of Upright Music’s strong position in the market.
You are passionate about music and what music can do when used in context with moving images.
You like challenges, are structured, and work well under pressure, as the tasks are numerous, and deadlines can be tight.
What you bring
- Experience and network from working within or towards the Polish TV industry
- Self-motivated, self-driven with the ability to make things happen
- Structured and service-minded, independent, solution oriented and responsible
- Excellent communication and outstanding people-skills
- You communicate effortlessly in Polish as well as English (both verbally and in writing)
- Passion for music and in-depth music knowledge
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office (particularly Word / Outlook / Excel)

You will join a team of 30+ people where 5 of our colleagues are currently working from our office in Warsaw.
The role is based in our wonderful office space in the heart of Warsaw and includes frequent trips to the main office in Copenhagen.
