Marketing Communications Officer

Your responsibilities:
- To deliver the activation of both Marketing and Communications plans on the ground in Poland across a range of brand and marketing activities with a key focus on Shopping Centres to strengthen TK Maxx footfall and brand awareness;
- Coordinate the execution of TK Maxx Brand and Tactical campaigns, as well as new store openings and local event activation in shopping centres to increase store Footfall and brand awareness;
- Actively seek additional marketing and communication opportunities among shopping centre representatives, including the opportunity of tapping into existing campaigns or developing bespoke campaigns;
- Build relationships with shopping centre management & marketing teams through regular meetings and phone calls in order to most efficiently execute TK Maxx Brand, Tactical and local campaigns;
- Deliver activation of the communication plans (which cover Consumer PR, Reputation, Social Media Community Management and CSR) on the ground through shopping centre owned channels;
- Monitor and measure the marketing and communications activities (Country and/or Brand) activated through shopping centre assets; Ensure that shopping centre activities and results are included in reports circulated to brand and marketing teams;
- Act as a liason between shopping centre representatives and store management to ensure clear communication regarding activities executed;
- Build relationships with and seek guidance and governance from multiple departments within the Marketing hub team (media & digital, csr, social media, public relations, gift cards, brand & creative, production and consumer insight) to deliver robust and integrated activities in shopping centres with TK Maxx stores;
- Update shopping centre database regularly to ensure that contact list is up to date;
- Help to implement the digital marketing programme including liaising with partners to execute a monthly email programme, seasonal web refreshes and tactical initiatives;
- Support the delivery of seasonal assets (signage, imagery, shopping centre collateral etc.) ensuring consistency and deadlines are met;
- Overseeing and updating TK Maxx owned channels (website, newsletters and in-store tannoys);
- Small translation and proofreading tasks (English to Polish);
- Attend and participate in agency meetings and provide support with campaign;
- briefing / brief writing where necessary;
Our requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and English – proven excellent writing and presenting skills;
- International experience, preferable gained in a multi-channel environment;
- Experience of working within a pan-European matrix business;
- Budget, project, stakeholder and agency coordination experience;
- Marketing experience;
- A love of retail;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
