your tasks:
- managing digital & marketing team (management and development of about 10 people)
- development and execution of ROI driven digital strategy (SEO, SEA, social media, mailing) in B2B and B2C channels
- ensuring the activities of the manager and the team contribute to the company's business goals
- management, design and execution of campaigns and marketing automation processes
- working closely with business to constantly improve customer/candidate experience
- setting targets regards to candidate and customer lead generation and end to end performance reporting
- strongly contributing to achievement of business goals of the company
- responsibility for development and management of company website
what we expect:
- 5 years of experience in direct managing the marketing team (more than 3 people)
- experience on similar position in digital marketing strategy creation, monitoring and optimization of digital campaigns
- strong managerial skills
- proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team and translate business objectives into digital initiatives
- very good command of English
- pro-active and results oriented attitude, comfortable with target responsibility
- strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on and mental agility to get things done
