Skills Required
• Creativity, flexibility, ability to work in a team, communication, decision making.
• At least 3 years experience of adapting family and skills related publications.
• Experience of working with different format products, with a variety of packagers.
• Mac OS DTP and technical editing skills.
• Strong editorial project management skills.
• Adhering to schedules and deadlines.
• Understanding and knowledge of direct to customer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Generates new ideas – including gathering ideas from markets, packagers and relevant sources, presents Ideas/Concepts to management team.
• Creates concepts for screenings and tests as well as full and thought-through concepts for the whole ‘life’ of the product, reads research results and draws conclusions.
• Liaise with packagers to create innovative formats and customer focussed design publications.
• Works with localisation of licensed products.
• Coordinates editorial production of developed product.
