Marketing & Customer Communication Specialist
Inbank is a financial institution whose roots go back to 2010 and which offers credit and deposit products on six European markets. But our ambitions go even further. We are building a new kind of bank with the cornerstone of our strategy being masterful financial technology and geographic expansion. How we'd like you to help us:
- Create and manage regular customer communication channels including web page, newsletter and social media
- Create, test and execute E-mail, SMS and direct mail marketing campaigns
- Create, test and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google, affiliates)
- Collect and report direct &performance marketing results
- Collect and report customer satisfaction results
- Together with graphic designer create necessary marketing materials (digital & print)
- Together with media broker plan and book media
- Assist the team in preparation of promotional activities and events
- Assist sales department in daily tasks
What we'd like to see in the candidate:
- At least 2 years of work experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Higher education
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with any of Sendgrid, Mailchimp, Mailigen will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong organization, time management, and coordination capabilities
- Skill and will to learn
- Sense of humour
